About Tracy
With a career spanning over two decades, I proudly wear two hats as a Licensed REALTOR® and the Marketing Director for Comey & Shepherd, REALTORS®. My professional passion lies in the art of negotiation, listing homes, serving as a buyer's agent, and implementing strategic marketing strategies that enhance the experiences of both our valued agents and clients. As a dedicated member of the executive staff, my central goal is to contribute to our organization's continuous growth and success.
Outside of daily responsibilities, I am deeply committed to community engagement, actively volunteering, and participating in local events. Additionally, I hold influential positions on both the Architectural Design and Review Board and the Streek Spark Committee for the City of Hamilton, where I contribute to shaping the aesthetic and developmental aspects of our community.
Beyond my professional pursuits, my commitment to preserving history extends into my personal life. I am fortunate to reside in a charming 1858 home with a rich history, and my current endeavor involves the gratifying process of saving and revitalizing another historic home dating back to the early 1800s. This dual commitment to real estate excellence and community betterment is at the heart of my professional and personal endeavors.
