About Julie

Living in a community since 1997 gives me a deep-rooted connection to the area, especially with my children attending Lakota Schools. Transitioning from living in the community to becoming a realtor in 2018 provides valuable insights and knowledge about the local real estate market. With a background in medical sales & working within the Lakota school system, it has given unique perspective as a realtor, emphasizing attention to detail, communication skills, and an understanding of complex processes.

With several decades of familiarity with the area and its educational institutions, I have a strong network and understanding of the needs and preferences of families looking to move into or within the community. This gives me an advantage in helping clients find their ideal homes.

Combining experiences from sales & knowing the community, I possess a diverse skill set that allows me to effectively navigate negotiations, understand market trends, and provide exceptional service to my clients.
